We are pleased to announce next MOVE project webinar about the case study of La Réunion Island (France) on January 21, 2021.
This event will provide an overview of the GIS-based spatial assessment of marine and terrestrial ecosystem services using open-access remote sensing data and habitat maps. Erwann Lagabrielle and Alexandre Wiefels from University of La Réunion, will further discuss how this information can be used as a spatial reference to value a set of services, the possible ways of linking this information to the impacts of anthropogenic pressures (e.g. climate change), and its implications for planning policies in La Réunion.
Deadline for registration: 19 January 2021
