MOVE will implement during three years a pilot project which intends to involve policy makers, researchers and the civil society in the development of diferent methodologies in Outermost Regions (ORs) and Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs).
The project has the guidance of the general coordinator, the Fundo Regional para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FRCT) of the Azores Regional Government (Portugal), and the involvement of 13 other organizations from France (4), Spain (3), Holland (2), UK (2), Portugal (1), Italy (1) and Germany (1).
